This game was developed over 8 very long days for the Epic MegaJam 2025 by Team Scratch and Sniff. They are: ambershee, John, Josie, PartlyAtomic, and Sean.

The Game at the End of the Universe

Well, here we are again. The Game at the End of the Universe. We have to hit the jackpot to save everybody. If we don't, everything you have known will cease to be, and everything you have known will cease to have been.

This quirky narrative adventure game has strategy and puzzle elements that require some out-of-the-box thinking.

Will  you manipulate the odds by printing scratch cards to score the jackpot and save everybody, or will you listen to the mysterious messages appearing on your PC, and try to break free of the loop?

Controls

• WASD - Movement
• Mouse - Look / Control Camera
• F - Interact with/collect object.
• Left Mouse Click - Interact with Scratch Cards, the Computer, and Keypads.
• Right Mouse Click - Inspect held inventory item.
• Q/E - Scroll inventory left/right

Known Issues

• Using exactly 6 coins in the capsule machine can steal your money without giving you an item - try to have spare change!
• (Spoiler) 100% completion of the game requires extracting a passworded zip archive. If Windows Explorer doesn't work, use 7-Zip or some other software capable of opening a passworded zip file.
